Here are the answers to the customer service questions we most often hear. If you can't find the answer to your question here, send us an e-mail query.

1. Where are you?
The Penton Media headquarters are in Cleveland, Ohio. The Penton Technology Media - Loveland office, where the System iNetwork and System iNEWS are based, is in Loveland, Colorado, about 40 miles north of Denver. Many editors and most technical editors live and work remotely in various parts of the U.S. (one is in the U.K.). Our mailing address is 221 E. 29th Street, Loveland, CO 80538.

2. How do I subscribe to System iNEWS magazine?
To receive System iNEWS, you must join the System iNetwork as a ProVIP member or a Professional member. For information and pricing, please click here.

3. Can I get a discount for ordering multiple subscriptions to System iNEWS?
We do not offer discounts for multiple subscriptions.

4. How long does it take to process my order?
If your order is placed by the 11th day of the current month, your issue will be mailed out in the current month. If your order is placed after the 11th day of the month, you will receive the next month's issue. Also, please note that the current issue will be available to you online.

5. Can you overnight/rush my order?
Yes, if you are ordering System iNetwork books. If you want to rush a magazine order, please call (800) 793-5714 or (970) 203-2894.

6. How do I change my subscription address if I'm a current subscriber?
You can Update your address in your Profile.

7. How do I get a reprint or back issue?
Reprints are available for all of our articles. The cost is $12.50/copy, and they are photocopies. Back issues are available at $15/issue; some issues are no longer in print. For issue availability and photocopy reprints of articles, please call (800) 793-5714 or (970) 203-2894. For volume reprints, electronic reprints, or other promotional reprints, please contact:

8. How do I read my invoice?
Each item you have ordered is listed with the quantity and total cost of the item. If an item is marked "B/O," that means it is on back order, and you have not been charged for it. As soon as the back-ordered item is available, it will automatically be shipped to you with a new invoice. We ask that you pay the total amount due as quoted on the bottom of the invoice and return that portion of the invoice with your payment.

9. Where is this month's issue of System iNEWS?
Each month's issue is shipped from our printer's plant around the 20th of the preceding month. U.S. and Canadian subscribers should receive their issues near the end of the preceding month. The issue arrival dates for other international customers will vary, depending on location.

10. How do I submit an article to System iNEWS?
System iNEWS welcomes inquiries about writing for the magazine. Before you submit an article, we recommend you discuss your idea with Vicki Hamende, Acquisitions Editor.
